I used it at lunch time.Unfortunately there is no lunch set and I chose from a la carte.I chose three dishes andwere all delicious.The grilled chicken is recommended because of its volume.All of them have a lot of volume, so if two people order 3 dishes, they will be full. I will come again if the restaurant serve a lunch set.

excellent service , food and ambience … One of the best Middle Eastern fine dinning food in Hong Kong … Everything was just amazing …. Super Muhammara and Hummus excellent Falfel soft and nice .. nice hot breads served Overall great experience!!!
Een planning to go to this restaurant for a long time but finally made it yesterdayAmazing food and service, the lamb shoulder, sea bass, the selection of mezze are amazing and the quality is outstanding Highly recommend this place for meat lovers and also vegetarian options are plentiful
This restro is probably the best Labanese dining place I have ever tried in HK. I am not good at writing, but I would recommend anyone who is fond of Lebanese or MiddleEastern style dishes. I would not bother to type any comments unless I really think the restro deserves credits. The entrance is inside the new Sheraton Hotel in Tung Chung, with a nice piece of cyan ceramic wall right next to the front door. The restro itself is just an exquisite piece of scenery. The actual vibe is excellent yet my phone camera cannot capture the most of it. The food is just as brilliant as the vibe given at the restro. Apart from the amazing food, the staff at the restro is as friendly as your local tourist guide in Lebanaon. We are recommended to try the Shih Tawook, of which the Lemon Yoghurt sauce has brought the perfectly grilled chicken life again.Another dishes we had was the Mix Sambusek Platter, which to me is a fried dumplings platter. The thickness of the dumplings' skin is just about right, and I especially like the one with the seafood stuffing. The slight chilli sauce is also another one that you can't miss.The Hummus Kawarma amazed us the most. I personally loathe lamb and I would throw up for the gamey taste with a 90% probability. However, the way they cooked this dishes had removed all those gamey odour, and I just couldn't stop putting them into my stomach with the Pita Bread. Enjoy the oneofakind mocktail. We will definitely try the cocktails here next time. And in fact, we had studied the menus in the end and decided what to order next time 😜
