I come here all the time for breakfast and they do so many things so well! Definitely a hidden gem!!! well not so hidden since there's always a line in the morning.To name a few:Fish Shao Mai ($5/4pcs)They have hands down the best shao mai in Admiralty! They are always piping hot, soft but chewy and very flavorful. The shop owners would cook their own soy sauce and its wonderful! The best is their chili oil which is also homemade and its fragrant, spicy and very garlicky....yummmHam Vermicelli in Tomato Broth ($15)This is super yummy and perfect when you want a slightly heavier breakfast. They only use a rice cooker to whip up everything but the quality is superb for its price. The vermicelli would still be chewy and just the right texture. They give you quite a bit of ham, and the homemade broth is amazing with lots of carrot and tomato bits in there. I love to add lots of their garlicky chili oil which goes really well with this. Sometimes I would order macaroni instead of vermicelli which is equally good but the shanghai noodles are usually a bit too soft so i wouldn't recommend that.Soy Sauce Fried Noodles ($11)These are really just plain soy sauce fried noodles which is also kept in a rice cooker and they sell out really early, usually by 9am. The noodles are chewy and stir fried really well dry and not greasy. I like to add sesame sauce, sweet sauce and sesames. Fun Guo ($3)This is the latest discovery for me. I add chili oil and soy sauce to this. Although the skin is thick, it is extremely soft and chewy at the same time. There's garlic chives, peanuts, kudzu root and pork as filling. Bread ($5.58)They sell these traditional Hong Kong style buns and the quality is consistently good. The bread is always golden and chewy unlike those St Honore or Maxim's buns that are just mass produced. The "hot dog", ham and egg bun, chicken and chive bun and sausage bun are all highly recommendedThe shop owners are great, especially the guy who's more chatty and remembers a lot of regulars' preferences. The place is pretty clean for a lil shop like that cuz they're always cleaning and wiping everything.

雖然這間小店方便就腳, 一由大樂個邊電梯上, 向回頭向行人天橋那邊行, 就會見到. 亦即是 Canteen 廚房旁邊, 但都好容易miss. 只做上午中午, 3點行過, 已經打烊. 完全一個士多格局, 沒有即沖飲品提供, 但有麵包, 腸粉, 仲有我叫的 麵.早餐, 星期一大多數都預左要下午茶充午餐, 所以要在早餐作充份的準備, 一大碗麵, 正常不過. 叫了一個雞扒上海麵. 首先在一個類似蒸鑪的東西把一個膠盒上海麵拿出來. 再從不知何處拿出雞肉兩件, 再加上高湯. 雞扒上海麵.完成. 快餐得驚人!!拿回公司享用, 上海麵, 其實已經過度發脹, 但有味道的雞胸肉都不是太差, 而且論份量, 真係幾得, 今日因為要同老細"逗"一份文件而搞到3點先大活....這個大麵應真頂肚.下次來不來.....沒有奶茶咖啡果汁啊....但有汽水, 維奶, 叻Cafe....
