Once a fan of Japanese goods, always will be! Arome’s products are known for its Japanese looking cakes and desserts which has attracted my regular visits. This time I got the Hokkaido Milk Egg Tart ($9) and the Lava Cheese Tart ($14). Don’t these household names make you excited and salivate already? First to review the milk egg tart, it was the last one I bought that day and the last time I had was more than 2 years ago so I wanted to see if it still tasted the same as I remembered. Not to my surprise, it still tasted more or less the same. I had the same comments for it I was expecting a more milkier and creamy filling because I personally am a bigger fan of milk / cheese tarts than egg tarts. I know it ultimately is still an egg tart so I could be nitpicking too much.Tada~ it’s time to review the lava cheese tart. These tarts are only available for a fixed number every day and they come hot and “lava”esque. I loved how the cheese was literally pouring out like water overflowing a pond as you bite through the pocket. Very cheesy and no other tarts as of current could fare better than these ones. I mean just look at it! It tasted best with ice cream as I had tried it before hotchpotch of cold and hot textures made this an exciting dessert to die for.

Baked #中環 ❗️超澎湃 應該係全香港最好食嘅sourdough❗️個個都讚呢一間嘅sourdough世界級✨終於有機會同 嚟到朝聖!每一款食物都非常澎湃,分量十足,而且味道一流😋已經係一個禮拜內食咗兩次,絕對係會想再三造訪嘅餐廳。
成間餐廳主力售賣唔同配料嘅sourdough同wrap,每一個都極之有份量,而且wrap嘅都可以選擇做sourdough‼️味道方面有啲中東嘅感覺,配搭創新美味💖!Big boss🐮$198Oakey Angus reserve 150 day grain fed beef steak, smoked mature aged cheddar, portobello, mushroom, caramelised onion, rocket, sourdough toast 由五成熟嘅安格斯牛扒、酸甜多汁又大嘅醃製Portobello蘑菇、超大烘到硬身嘅煙燻芝士、甜甜地嘅焦糖洋蔥而成🤩牛肉算滑,但係牛味唔重🙈配上甜醋、焦糖洋蔥等等,整體味道偏甜,但又幾好食🥰特別欣賞佢哋嘅sourdough,外脆內煙韌,而且超級厚身,就算有咁多醬汁都唔會淋,真係好正😋。
味道: 4.4/5性價比: 4.3/5Beulah wrap/ sourdough🍳$145Scrambled egg, avocado, Parmesan, shallots, rocket, aioli, chilli balsamic reduction 以蛋為主題,加上辣椒香蔥等等一齊炒,配埋香料,甜甜辣辣好惹味,第一次食呢個味嘅炒蛋😍配上芝士、牛油果、沙律醬,加埋佢哋優質嘅sourdough,真係美味無比,超級滿足!另外仲試埋wrap🌯佢哋係即叫即搓塊皮,薄薄地,包住巨量嘅炒蛋牛油果芝士醬,超級滿足😭感覺上嗌wrap有更多醬汁,而且確保每一啖都食到所有食材,同樣好美味!味道: 4.5/5性價比: 4.4/5Baked oven🐔$170Chicken breast marinated in coriander paste, hummus, sundried tomato, Parmesan, baby spinach, chilli balsamic reduction, chilli chutney 三款入面最辣最惹味,重口味嘅人一定會鍾意🥰用上芫荽等香料醃製雞胸,香口嫩滑,配上鹹香嘅hummus,同埋酸酸甜甜又大嚿嘅乾蕃茄,加上醋、辣醬,真係超惹味😚中東味十足,不過都真係幾辣㗎!味道: 4.5/5性價比: 4.4/5Sourdough cinnamon bun🍞$60除咗sourdough, wrap之外,亦有超多人推薦佢哋嘅肉桂卷🤩味道獨特,混入左橙皮,所以多咗一層橙香。
面頭嘅忌廉係cardamom cream cheese,較流質,唔會覺得膩。
肉桂卷非常鬆軟,好soft!再有少少開心果仁增加口感。
味道: 4/5性價比: 3.8/5整體來講真係好好食,係我食過最豐富嘅sourdough,難怪大排長龍💕而且份量好大,一份sourdough絕對夠晒兩個女仔食,我哋嗰日飽到痴線!無論你鍾唔鍾意sourdough,我相信你都一定愛上呢一間!最近有傳言話佢哋會好差對待寫劣評嘅人,不過我兩次去到嘅服務態度都好好,唔知大家又點睇呢🙈。
平時收工見肚餓都會入黎買小小醫下肚,呢度噶種類都幾多下而且都好好味,推薦一下車打金文畢芝士包,芝士味真系好濃好香,食落去噶口感都系一流啊,仲有呢度噶紅豆奶茶都幾好噶!希望有多滴新品種啦!
近年來,東海棠呢間連所西餅店既蛋糕西餅同麵包,確實進步了不少,無論造型賣相,味道,同種類,以佢平實親民既價錢來講,實在吸引到我閒時會來買反件西餅反屋企餸下咖啡。
平常買麵包做早餐就更加係不二之選。
今日tea time 就買左三件cake 反屋企食。
1. 白桃moose 忌廉切餅 ($22)味道清新,白桃味清香,略帶微甜, 蛋糕質地鬆軟有彈性。
2. Oreo 朱古力忌廉芝士cheesecake 切餅 ($22)朱古力味濃滑,加上少少咸味既cheesecake ,中和朱古力既甜味,曲奇餅乾底好味非常。
3. 士多卑利忌廉果撻 ($22)士多卑利又大又紅又新鮮,肉眼看已經相當吸引,入口多汁清甜又好味,同果撻既批底配襯得相當好。
閒時食反件西餅甜品,為繁忙既生活輕鬆一下,心情都會好d開心d!~
大食妹有日去咗士美菲路午餐,食完公仔麵吸收左好多味精之後覺得好口渇,行返出嚟諗住搵下有無台式飲品,搵左淨系見到東海堂有野飲賣,諗住是但嗌杯野飲解下渴 點知.....出乎我諗料又幾妹飲wor< 蜜柑伯爵茶$23> (好味:4/5) (抵食:3.5/5)杯野擰上手有啲似檸檬茶,一飲落去即刻飲到柑桔的清新香味,又幾甜幾fresh wor 飲左幾啖,開始試到伯爵茶陣回甘味,兩隻味溝埋一陣又幾match wor 估唔到盲中中亂點都嗌到好野,開心仔
