Bad food. Poor service. Disappointing experience. Nachos really bad, fake cheese, fake guac, fake sourcream, fake chips. Really would not go here again. After explaining to them that the food was terrible and when we tried to bring outside food (because the food was just that bad but we spent more per head than any other table) they gave us a lot of attitude and threatened to call the police over a kebab my friend brought it. All the staff in the restaurant surrounded us and threatened to call the cops on us because they had bad food. Instead of helping their customer solve a simple problem (I.e. Give us a plate to make like we ordered From the restaurant) with their food (we didn't complain but simply wanted food to go with our beer) they thought we disrespected them and everyone tried to kick us out. Asking them that if they wanted to solve this simple problem or lose customers forever, they decided to lose customer for their own respect. Do not go here as the staff here knows nothing about customer service and the food is terrible.We ordered the nachos for $88+10%, but what we got was a very sorry looking plate of nachos that tries to imitate what other more established bar serve. As indicated earlier in my review, all the condiments were not natural. For example, in most cheese were not natural but instead looked like cheese sprayed out from a can. The sour cream tasted stale. The only thing that was remotely natural were the jalapeños. However, itis evident that this bar does not know how to make proper bar food but forces you to eat their fake bar food or be threatened by their staff. Think twice before ordering here!
