Healthy lunch/dinner option I picked creamy salmon $108 with the base of quinoa, kale and veg mix, salmon and shrimp for the protein selection, and diced mango, avocado, tomato, citrus on top! It couldn't have been this tasty without the mayo! Big thumbs up for the really fresh salmon! You can also make your own selections at $98. If you don't like that much veg, go for sushi rice!! I love poke and i have tried few different poke place in hongkong. Honestly this one is not what i like the sauce is very salty for me, it just ruined the taste of the bowl even the fish is fresh but you cannot really taste the freshness with the salty sauce. And the crispy seaweed is not crispy at all, and it is not easy to bite as well, i have left half bowl unfinished...as there are better choices in town, so i think i wont return for that reason
I was super excited to try this place because I love poke and I hadn't found a place that lets you pick whatever sauce you wanted with whatever protein you wanted.I built my own bowl and added avocado and seaweed salad. I also ordered a Strawberry Blonde smoothie.My number was called out and I went over to pick up my order. All I got was a blank stare from the girl with glasses and that's it. There was no "Here's your order" whatsoever. There were like 3 different orders in front of me! How was I supposed to know which bowl was mine?! Especially when my smoothie wasn't even there. When I told her my order number, she just points at one of them, I asked the girl where my drink was and she just said "You can get it over there" and points at the fridge. Uhh yeah, I knew that but I didn't order a drink that was prepackaged or premade like their juices. So when I told her I got smoothie, she said "I'll bring it to you".So I sat down and began to eat my bowl. When I was half way done, my smoothie was still nowhere to be seen. I look over at the girl who was calling out numbers, and all she was doing was just standing there, waiting for the guys making the bowls and calling out numbers. So pathetic. Is this girl's job simply calling out numbers? Not once did she touch the blender. I don't think she (OR ANYONE) had any intention of actually making my smoothie.I finished my whole meal and still no drink. I ended up just asking for a refund from the cashier (Asian guy with glasses) who was very apologetic about it but didn't make my whole experience better.Here's a suggestion: have the girl calling the order numbers also check the customer's orders before they pick it up. Also, get a screen or some display that shows whatever number order is ready. Hearing that girl call out numbers with her highpitched voice is not very enjoyable and your restaurant isn't exactly that quiet. Also, to the owner or manager or whoever it was that was just walking around in a suit with a briefcase: do something. Don't just ask your workers how they are doing. Make sure your workers are fulfilling their duties and ensuring that customers are getting good service.Will I be back? Nah. You guys got it down with the concept, but the bad service deters me from coming back.
I was excited to see that another Poke place had opened in HK and came to take away a late lunch. Didn't care for any of the "Gourmet Bowls", so decided to go with a traditional Poke Bowl for $98 which was supposed to contain a base, 150 g of protein, and dressing. I went with the quinoa+leafy green base which cost an extra $15, tuna, and citrus miso dressing. The bowl was VERY SMALL. There was not enough of the base to warrant the extra $15, there were maybe 12 small cubes of tuna (I don't even believe that there was a 100g) and the citrus miso was a big glob on top. For $113, I expected the bowl to be at least twothirds full, but it barely was a third of the container. Very disappointed at how expensive it was for the amount that I received and will NOT be going back.

我可能因為食晚餐,所以不是很多人。
