午市客滿,候枱約十分鐘。
門外已選定食餐,午餐配套,一碟小吃加一碗越南湯河。
三個人叫了生牛肉湯河,三碟小食分別是魚餅雞翼芥蘭苗,另外叫了一碟招牌乳豬,例牌份量,約是四分之一的小豬。
乳豬皮脆肉嫩,咬落口肥美豐腴,肉厚滑嫩,口腔頓時很有滿足的感覺。
儘管有些肥膩,但一件起兩件止,且偶爾一為之,不是過份事。
小吃魚餅大件,軟糯香口;雞翼皮脆,酥軟嫰滑;牛肉湯河,肉薄溫軟,湯甜鮮味,比近期所食的越南牛河美味得多。
這裡環境也算舒適,食物質素水準之上。
一年多沒有到此店、今晚估唔到晚餐有幾好、服務態度幾好,煎三文魚皮肉好香口及滑嘟嘟多汁、咖喱汁椰香夠濃又不太spicy,白飯又烹將彈口、幾滿意。
另外沙律吃配菜清爽,幾滿意😌
We came for dinner on a weekday and there were more people dining out than expected. The service of the staff here was good even they were busy. The seating arrangement was comfy with enough distance from other tables. There was a wide variety of Vietnamese food here and it was so difficult to decide which to try for our first visit. There were pictures in the menu and all of them looked attractive and appetizing.As we wanted more mild food as we had big meal in previous days, we ordered a Pho with Shredded Chicken (河內雞絲粉). It was larger than expected.The Pho was chewy and the mouthfeel was great.The soup tasted so good. The spice was so tangy as we added all of them into the soup. The chicken was fresh.The Vietnamese Steamed Rice Ravioli (清沅蒸粉包) was so hot when it arrived at our table. It was freshly steamed. There were lots of ingredients wrapping inside and all of them mixed well together.The wrap texture was nice and succulent. The sausage sampler on top was tasty too.Good to try!For the drink, we had Soda Chanh which was fresh lime soda.We need to add the lime inside the drink by ourselves.It was refreshing and not very sweet.It was a bit pricy comparing to the food in the restaurant.
It was a happy Friday so we went out for dinner and every restaurant was in long queue. As we could get ticket for this restaurant via the shopping mall app before our arrival, we could get the table in 15 minutes on this busy Friday. Happy that we could save queuing time!As ricepaper salad rolls were popular cuisine of Vietnam, We ordered Soft Shell Crab Rolls會安軟殼蟹米紙卷 ($86). The soft shell crab was crispy and flavoural. Wrapping with the veggies like cucumbers and herb salad, it was healthy and tasty.We had the Cold Vermicelli Bowl with Cooktoorder Stir Fried Lemongrass Beef香茅牛肉撈檬($78). The lemongrass beef was delicious. The portion of the Vermicelli and vegetables was balanced. It tasted quite good with the fish sauce.We also had the Hanoi Fish Cake河內魚餅 ($88). The portion was so large with five super gigantic fish cake. It was hot enough and the outer wrap was crispy. The flavour was great and the ingredients tasted fish. Usually, fish cake would have some small bones but this one was smooth and chewy without bones. Highly recommended!It is a high standard Vietnam restaurant although the price is a bit high. But the food standard is high that worth trying!
