We ordered the tea set which amounted to over 370+ MOP (Weekend price) but when we attempted to pay with a HKD1000 bill, we were declined by the store manager Gigi. She insisted that the store (Oh yes, this is an international food brand we are talking about here) did not have change, even though we had explicitly mentioned that we were willing to accept change in MOP. Considering that most items on the menu easily amount to nearly a 100MOP, it is hard to believe that they do not have sufficient change for their customers. It is extremely ridiculous that as customers with cash, we had to ultimately foot extra credit card charges because this international chain was unable to figure out a way to handle its own issue of lack of change (which by the way, amounted to only 500+ MOP). Perhaps you should consider plastering a sign indicating that the maximum amount of change you are able to provide is no more than 200 MOP!This sealed the deal for us because we already had an unpleasant experience of1. Helping ourselves to be seated2. Helping ourselves to the menus3. Being explicitly sent back to our seats when we attempted to place our orders at the cashier because ‘we can take your orders from your seats’How about you serve your customers when they enter your cafe?

酒店蛋糕下午茶吃太多，這天改改口味來到哈根達斯吃下午茶，餐廳環境不錯，週末亦不算太吵雜。
點了一款有10球雪糕的冰紛歡舞曲，有紅莓雪芭，士多啤梨雪糕，綠茶雪糕等口味，配上百力滋及脆餅和白朱古力，3人一起吃分量剛剛好。
哈根達斯的雪糕口味偏甜，拌著餅乾一同吃剛好中和了甜味，加上雪芭的口味較清新，沒雪糕那麼甜，很快就把整份甜品消滅了。
