After hanging out with boyfriend in his area of residence, he mentioned there was a new place that opened up recently. We decided to go there for dinner to give it a try.Menu is in Chinese only. There is no 10% service charge. They have a daily dinner special on a board located outside the restaurant.The meals come with a standard hot drink with optional upgrades and soup. The soup is a peppery chicken broth. It's really peppery! So beware if you can't handle too much spice as it have me coughing. I guess with so much pepper, I couldn't really taste any chicken flavor in the soup. There probably was but I only had mouthfuls of pepper.I had the Hainan Chicken rice ($50). It looked dainty but there was a good amount of rice with two layers of chicken. The chicken was ok. Moist and tender. It was also boneless. The rice was not too oily and very fragrant. Quite decent for the price.Boyfriend ordered from the dinner special. A curry chicken ($58). This was extremely spicy that even he thought so. But it was quite flavorful with a wonderful coconut taste underneath all the herbs and spices.Portions was decent. Food was good as well. Service was friendly. Might be back.

鳳德近期有多間新食店開，每次行過都想試這間，但店內經常太多客，唯有等下。
今日（7/3/2021）下午四點，終於等到無咁多客，可以食吓下午茶。
點了一個下午茶餐，無骨水門雞飯$40下午茶來講，都叫大份，油飯好香，夠味，雞都唔錯。
下午茶無炒河，但想食，便叫了一客泰式乾炒牛河，炒得好乾身，唔太多油，但唔夠味，。
再加多一客小食~泰式春卷，是侍應介紹的新食品，唔錯，好多料，剛炸起，好脆，配上泰式醬汁，正。
埋單$148，最唔方便是要比現金，希望下次幫襯可用電子貨幣。
住附近咁啱經過見到有下午茶，只需3040蚊，一於試下。
估唔到有驚喜，呢個價錢有咁質素，冬陰公湯底夠濃味，酸酸地好開胃，加上呢個價錢，抵晒。
再唔幫襯下香港飲食業，真係怕好食嘅野無晒。
