大嶼山長沙這個山旮旯地方,以為要食三文治,原來也有好餐廳,這間西式餐館名叫Bathers。

Kids meal, mac and cheese croquette, classic coleslaw, ice cream, with mini cheeseburger. ($140)兒童餐,通心粉和芝士炸餅好特別,涼拌捲心菜,迷你芝士漢堡一點都不迷你,有好多薯條,小朋友最愛。
Red pepper pesto fettuccini ($185),紅辣椒香蒜意大利細麵條,十分驚喜。
芝士味濃、蕃茄醬好味、細麵條有口感。
Cheese Burger ($185) 芝士漢堡,漢堡好大份,薯條,有兩種蕃茄醬,其中一種有真蕃茄的醬十分好味。
Steak Sandwich ($190) 牛肉三明治,牛肉一片片薄片,味道一般,我覺得麻麻地,有讚有彈。
不過,又有好多薯條,加起來像薯條山,食唔晒。
飯後,除了兒童餐有一杯雪糕,店員加送雪糕,正。
景觀是無敵大海景,沙灘更是一步之間,如果晚餐更可以有沙灘上的牛牛陪伴,飯後行出沙灘,還可以觀星,那晚可以看到超過30粒星呢!總評味道:山旮旯,有餐廳已經好好,食物好吃;環境:景觀是無敵大海景,沙灘更是一步之間;服務:上菜速度快,店員有禮貌,小店只收現金或轉數快;衛生:可以;價錢:有點貴,山旮旯,可接受。

藜麥加上較硬身既菜好有口感。
🍽Cheese Burger$185我覺得好好食!佢成個漢堡都勁juicy!!!!入面有芝士、牛肉、蛋、煙肉、蕃茄、生菜⋯好夠味道。
睇落d料同平時出面食既其實都係咁上下,但佢整得真係好好食!同埋兜薯條勁大兜😂🍽Red Pepper Pesto Fettuccini $185酸酸甜甜好開胃既意粉🍝,覺得佢個汁整得出色,朋友覺得偏酸,不過我就覺得ok,好味。
闊條麵軟硬適中,成日最驚就係食到啲煮得太軟既意粉,會無哂口感。

反而覺得伴碟既洋蔥又幾好食。

The staff are super friendly and the environment is great, but that's about as good as it gets. The food looks amazing and the portions are huge. So what's the issue?Oil, everything is drowning in cheap cooking oil. It's the underlying flavor of almost every dish. We ordered a lot, Mac and cheese coquette, just have one while there are hot, after that don't bother it becomes a gluten stodgy oily brick that is unpleasant to eat.Avocado salad. All you can taste is the cheap olive oil they drowned it in. The couscous is bland. There are moments of great flavor, sweat and spicy peppers, but ruined by the overpowering taste of low quality olive oil. Beer battered fish, it's OK! The batter has a good hint of beer, butit's thin and greasy. Forget the grease frozen chips. Homemade, real potato, chips would have been a vast improvement.The red pepper lasagna has a promising start, you get a good hit of flavors between the tomatoes and skinned peppers, but the stodgy bland pasta kills the enjoyment.Lemon dressed green beans, I feel they would of be better off being hot seared in a wok first. Crispy squid, not enjoyable at all. The batter has an thick oily taste, no seasoning and the squid unremarkable. Not worth ordering. 6 out of 10 primary because of location and atmosphere, the food is not so good. All in all, I can't say I would recommend anything we had.
We went in on Monday lunch hour. The restaurant was quite quiet, not even halfway full. But the staff seemed “very busy”.One of the staff who stood nearby keeptapping that iPad thingy and holding loads of receipts on her hand.We sat there and waited for 15 mins for them to come and get our order. During that 15 mins, we kept waving at different staff.The staff saw us but just completely ignore on us. At last, when I just finally stood up and leave, one of the staff finally came to take our order.He told us that we have to be willing to wait.Of course we can wait, but I think it is a courtesy to let your customers know that you can see us calling you, right?The way they treated us was very impolite and not professional at all! And then the same happened again when we wanted to get a bill. We waited for almost half an hour for them to come and give us the bill. We asked three different staff to get our bill, they did responded every time but the bill just never came. We even went to tell the staff at the iPad (who is responsible for printing bills), but the bill just never come. For the food, we ordered the Fettuccine. The food portion was big enough and tasted good except it was quite salty.To conclude, we were SOOO disappointed on the service they’ve offered. Such a pity that we were served like that in such a beautiful place. It has ruined everything.I swear, I will never go there again, ever!
之前睇ig見到有人po過 個環境非常之chill立即約埋朋友 搵個閒日入黎試試佢環境:基本上閒日完全唔洗訂位Staff好nice 仲會同你講笑傾計不過就非常之熱食物:個日order咗一個漢堡,一個炸魷魚漢堡好好食 仲有薯條 跟住既其中一款醬汁係新鮮番茄醬 好好味炸魷魚就一般 無味既 純粹靠個沾醬不過食物既份量就真係非常多,兩個人食超級飽總括而言,想搵個地方嘆住chill下,呢個地方都唔錯,任坐唔嬲,食物都ok,不過地方真係比較遠,搭車要預多d時間
