Four of us went there on a Wed night for the $10 oysters.First trip to this restaurant which suffers from a poor location on Shelter Street.Nice dark atmosphere, clean and elegant decor.After a dozen Colchesters we wanted another round but were told each table could only order one dozen.Looking around us we were the only customers (this was 9 pm). So I gave the waitress (who looked new to the job) an areyouserious look.Several trips and a few phone calls later, my outrageous request was granted.Anyway oysters were fresh, but some were deep frozen and had ice cubes inside. The dinner sets ranged from $100 to $150 for three courses; nothing fantasic, but pretty good value for the money you pay.For the small dishes we tried garlic bread, iberico ham, salad, two pasta dishes, all below $88, well executed.Surprisingly there is quite a decent wine list, but the prices are even more surprising. E.g. $2250 for Dom Perignon 2000, when Three Sixty were doing a CNY promotion last week for less than $800.VCP nonvintage $888.Three Sixty: $280.Are you trying to take me for a lulu?We brought our own wines AND glasses and were charged $100 corkage fee for the privilege of drinking our own wines from our own glasses. When I made the reservation by phone, I was told initially that corkage was $100 per bottle, but the waitress reluctantly agreed to cap the fee at $100 for 3 bts.That's not too bad but I have dozens of friends who would regularly patronise this shop if it waives the corkage completely.Hey perhaps the shop will learn their lesson from this "financial tsunami".Service is prompt, for obvious reasons.But the waitresses were woefully inexperienced.Tried to serve our oysters three at a time.When I inquired by phone whether they had decent wine glasses she said only normal glasses.So I said I was going to bring my own ones, and she laughed.She actually looked quite sweet in person, so I forgave her.

Total 4 persons go to Causeway Bay to taste the Oyster.This restaurant introduce by my friend who work at Rosedale Hotel which is opposite of restaurant called B&B Oyster & Seafood. The decoration and environment is good.The waiter introduce us the seasonal oyster, it is very fresh and tastable.Then we order the other seafood such as Geoduck sashimi, Mussel, Whelk, Crab... After those seafood, we already full. Thus we share 1 lamb rack and 1 lobster with shrimp tomato pasta.In my opinion, usually the oyster bar will not have good hot dishes.However, the chef here have very well cooking technique and highly reommend the dessert ~Warm Chocolate Cake .I quite appreciate the service, food here and will come again.
