Our friend and the media told us about this tiny French restaurant.We gave a try and booked before our visit tonight. It was empty and the 'chef' did all by himself as there were not many customers. We ordered the set and a a la carte, pasta/linguni with clam. As we were the only table started from 7:30pm and we were given extra attention by the smily and friendly Chef. He shared with us and told us he is really stubborn and different from the others. While he has not been to Paris/France and he has been doing French cuisine, his foods were not too bad as the others' previous review. We started with the signature 'mushroom soup', it was good although it was a bit salty. The breads served were good warm and tender.Our pastalinguini came, the texture was perfect ! It came with fresh olive oil and freshly smelt clams which were imported from France per the Chef. The next one was the foi e gras and fried beef once again, the texture was good. Lastly we had the delicious fig and port as well as cream brulee; these were good ... While our overall impression, you would have to be patient with this tiny boutique restaurant as it is under staff; the chef did everything during the night. The other 2 foreigner customers came after us and we noted they all came out with smiles and satisfaction for the foods made by the Chef. Hence, it is not that bad as the others' comments.We could bear with the stubborness of the Chef.

Came here for lunch on a weekday.Took the daily special with pate salad and fish.Agree with other's comments that the service is basic to nonexistent.The manager tries to be friendly but I don't think he knows what he is doing.The salad is so so.Edible but nothing memorable.The fish is clearly some frozen fish that isn't fresh.Keep thinking that I can buy this from Park'n'shop and do this myself.No reason to go back and no desire to try their dinner either.
