Been to WanChai branch many times and been happybut went to Central today. As always, food was delicious. However I was horrified to see the standards of cleanliness and food safety . One staff preparingfood had huge bushy ponytail waving around but even worse was another lady who kept pulling her mask up and down and then touching food without washing hands or changing gloves. This is awful even without COVID but now even more serious. I shall not be going there again.

可能孤陋寡聞,但Hummus bowl喺香港真係第一次聽,好有新鮮感雖然係weekday lunch,但好在我都有用app落定單之後直接行去pickup,估唔到門面細小但就逼滿人喺度等叫左chicken shawarma,其實就係帶點中東風味嘅雞粒碎做topping,味道不錯,但最出色都係主角hummus,味道濃郁creamy,份量充足絕對可以做到每啖都有hummus唯一可以挑剔既地方就係冇諗過其他不知名既topping竟然炸到超級硬,有點熱氣😅

It’s hard to find a nice decent place for lunch in central but won’t break the bank, My boss recommended me this place for lunch, $98 for a chickpea bowl with slow cooked lamb, order was quickly and easy, however, I don’t know many of the sauce names, I just randomly added a tahini sauce, wish they have an explanation on each of the sauce. It’s was fulfilling and tasteful, I specially like the pickled veg in that, it’s balanced out the strong taste of lamb. The lamb was nicely done , which is very tender and less of a gamy taste. I Will recommend it if you are looking for take away lunch as they only do take out. I will try the fish one next time!
